Formalities for opening exchange account in UAE

Our Customer Service Department is pleased to help you fill in the application form for opening an account with Delma. You are required to produce a set of documents as follows:
Individual AccountEmirates ID Bank letter IBAN Investor ID from financial market. Locals: Photocopies of the passport and family book with the original for reviewing Expats: Photocopies of the passport and ID with the originals for reviewing. Power of Attorney ( if opening an account in deputyship ) with the original for reviewing.
Company AccountAuthorized to Sign (credence signature) Bank letter IBAN Investor ID from financial market. Photocopies of Trade Registration, Trade License and Chamber of Commerce Membership Certificate. Photocopy of the Company Establishment Contract. List including names of director board members and people delegted to sign.
Note: For foreign companies, documents must be attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the respective country, UAE Embassy and Ministry of Foreign Affairs in UAE.
